Are your inflatables safe?
The answer is YES! Special safety features are factory built into everyone of our inflatables including; rugged, triple reinforced seams, secure safety netting to keep bouncers inside and visible at all times, and safety entrance steps. This allows you to see your children at all times as they are in or on our inflatable bounce houses and slides
Are your units sanitary?
Every inflatable unit is cleaned, disinfected, and inspected before and after each use and upon delivery. Each unit is vacuumed and cleaned with a non-allergenic disinfectant on the inside and outside after it has been vacuumed.  After the cleaning process is complete each unit is thoroughly inspected for any possible visible defects that may lead to any sort of unsafe usage.

Are you insured?
The answer is YES! Although all of our inflatables are extremely safe, we still do carry full coverage insurance. So in addition to private residences, we are also able to bring the party to parks, churches, school events, etc. If you require any sort of insurance confirmation, please call us so that we can provide proof of the appropriate documentation in advance.
Typically, how long is the rental?
Normal rentals are from 4 to 8 hours, however we can adjust our price accordingly if needed. There is nominal “overnight” fee if you want to use our rentals until morning. We will set up as early as needed for any given event and typically, our last pickup in the evening is 8:00 pm. Typical delivery hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. but if you need us to set up at a convenient time for you then we can arrange that. You can expect your courteous delivery at least one hour ahead of your scheduled party time.
What kind of surface do you set up on?
We set up on grass, concrete or asphalt.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We will set up in virtually any weather conditions to keep your event alive, except for high winds. For safety reasons we  will call you ASAP to confirm and cancel deliveries for perpetual winds in excess of 25 mph.
What should I do if the inflatable deflates?
Although a rare occurrence, we ask first that everyone remains calm and then assist those in the unit to exit safely. Then call us, and we will be more than happy to troubleshoot the problem over the phone or come out if necessary.
Is there a price break for renting multiple units?
Certainly! The more the merrier, we will definitely offer discounts for renting multiple inflatables.  Call in advance for discount pricing!
Is there a height, age, or weight limit?
There are some requirements, these will be plainly labeled on the front of all rentals.
  
Safety Rules: Adult Supervision of children in a bounce house and inflatable slide is required at all times. Inflatables are designed for Children under 12 and over 40″ tall only. Separate children by age and size and give each group their own time to bounce in the inflatable.  Jump in the middle, keep away from the netting, columns, and walls of the jump house and slide. Safety in slides also require children sit down and slide down the slide feet first. In all inflatables; Shoes off, Socks on! Keep food, drink, pets and Silly String away from Jump Houses. Bounce, laugh, and have FUN!
